Q: I saw one of your signs, is that lot for sale?
A: We are not Real Estate agents, we are a specialized land clearing company. Our signs are for the clearing service, not "For Sale" signs. We DO clear lots for real estate agents, investors and owners to enhance the marketability of the property.
Q: Do I have to get permits before I agree to use your service?
A: No, we take care of all the permits and deal directly with each county. We are knowledgeable and experinced in the requirements of each county.
Q: I only spend winters in FLorida, do I have to wait until I come down in the fall to start this?
A: No, all you need to do is fill out our Free Request a Quote form with as much information as you can. Once we receive it we will inspect your property and send you a quote. Once you approve, we will apply for the necessary permits and then schedule your property for clearing.
Q: I live outside the state can I get pictures sent of the completed lot?
A: Yes we can send pictures to you via email, upon reqeust.
Q: Can you do a Scrub Jay study on my lot?
A: We are an independent specialized land clearing company, we do not provide environmental studies. Please contact your local county office.
